Launch interest policy
A place to express interest in Ettch's first run, without a purchase or payment.

What signup means
The interest list is not a paid preorder, purchase contract, inventory reservation or guaranteed allocation. Signup is free. We do not collect payment details or create an order, charge, deposit or shipment. Colors, sizing, price and availability can change before launch. No dispatch or delivery date is promised.
Information and consent
We record your email, optional color and size preferences, the signup session and the date/version of your explicit permission for future Ettch launch updates. The checkbox starts unchecked. No account is required. Duplicate requests do not create duplicate entries or let another session overwrite an existing signup. An email is not treated as verified merely because it was entered into this form.
Email updates
Future launch updates are planned to come from hello@ettch.store. This demo stores interest only; it sends no confirmation or marketing messages. A sender and email service must be connected and tested before updates begin. Confirmation and unsubscribe pages are prepared; no confirmation link is issued through the public signup API. Future email links allow withdrawal without the original browser session. Marketing remains paused while required business mailing details are incomplete. Any future launch message will identify Ettch, explain how to stop updates and include the required business mailing information. Your email is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Withdrawing interest
Use “Withdraw my interest” in the same signup session to remove it from the pending interest list. If that session has expired, you changed browsers or you need help, contact support@ettch.store; we may verify ownership before changing an entry. On withdrawal, color and size preferences are cleared. The remaining consent/withdrawal record is kept only until 12 calendar months after your latest signup consent, unless you request earlier deletion. The Privacy policy explains access and deletion requests. Public forms do not disclose other people's signup details.
When sales open
If and when the collection launches, you can choose whether to place a separate order under the prices, stock and sales terms then disclosed. Joining this list does not commit you to buy. We may delay, change or cancel the planned collection without charging interest-list members.
